The Houlton International Flying Club is not a Flight Instruction organization HOWEVER, we have made arrangements with instructors to help us learn without leaving Northern Maine!
Local Lesson
No need to travel downstate to learn. Classes are held weekly on the weekends.
Group Support
We're always learning! Work with students at multiple levels and club members are a great resource for the new pilot.
Online Ground School
Students learn at their own pace by using affordable online ground school lessons - giving you more time in the air!

We are always learning! Pilot, Instrument, Commercial, Complex, High Performance - it can all be done in Houlton! We have members at all levels of their flight training and members provide great resources and support in the learning process.
Instructors will typically provide lessons 1 to 2 times per week allowing for multiple students to fly each day. If you're thinking about learning to fly, give us a call and we'll provide the full details.
